Join Us! The Bonsal Blues is a family-oriented community band located in Woodbury, NJ. We consist of a concert band, a marching band and colorguard, and an 18-piece swing band. Since 1948, the Bonsal Blues has performed in festivals in Baltimore, Toronto and the Netherlands among other places. We have also played at Disney World and Hershey Park. Many of you have probably seen us in one of the many parades and concerts that we perform yearly in the South Jersey area.
The Bonsal Blues is open to all musicians 15 years old or older. We strive to give everyone a place to play at their level of experience.The Bonsal Blues welcomes a variety of interested and talented people to join the Bonsal Blues family. The Bonsal Blues Concert Band rehearses every Monday night from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the American Legion Post 133 hall at 1018 Washington Ave, Woodbury, NJ. **There are no fees or dues to practice with us or join the band.
Edward M. Coles Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Bonsal Blues will be establishing the Edward M. Coles Memorial Scholarship Fund, in memory of our friend and long time conductor, to support students studying as musicans or instrument repair technicians. For more details, contact George Wiese.

From North:
Take Rte. 295 South to exit 24B (Rte. 553 Woodbury Heights). Turn left at the bottom of the exit and follow Evergreen Avenue for about 1/2 mile. Bear right at the fork in the road. American Legion Post 133 will be on your left past Park Ave.
From South:
Take Rte. 295 North to exit 21. Follow Delaware Street to the traffic light at Broad Street. Turn left at the light and follow Broad Street to the second light (you will be at the Colonial Diner). Turn right at that light and then immediately turn left past the railroad tracks. American Legion Post will be on your right.
From Evergreen Avenue:
American Legion Post 133 has a rear entrance facing Evergreen Avenue in Woodbury. When heading toward Westville, the Post will be on your left, approximately 3/4 mile past the traffic light at Red Bank Ave. (Across from the auto body shop)
